OSHA COURSES

OSHA 30

The OSHA 30 Hour class is the Outreach training intended for those with supervisory duties, including safety directors, forepersons, and field supervisors. This 30-hour course covers a more extensive range of topics, as supervisors need to know the rules for everyone working under them.

30-Hour courses differ by industry, with an industry-specific program for construction workers, and General Industry for everyone else.

Upon completion students will receive a certificate of completion from the Department of Labor.

OSHA 10

This course is for entry-level employees doing construction work. Examples of construction jobs include carpenters, electricians, laborers, masons, plumbers, sheet metal workers, tile workers, and welders.

10-Hour courses differ by industry, with an industry-specific program for construction workers, and a General Industry for everyone else.

Upon completion students will receive a certificate of completion from the Department of Labor.

CERTIFICATION TRAINING

MEWPs2

This course is designed to certify operators in the safe operating procedures when utilizing aerial lifts.

FORKLIFT

This course is designed to certify operators in the safe operating procedures when utilizing forklifts.

HEAVY EQUIP

This course is designed to certify operators in the safe operating procedures of wheel loaders, excavators, and skid steers loaders.  Operators must pass the classroom session as well as the hands on portion to successfully complete the course.

FLAGGER

This course is to prepare workers who will be controlling vehicular traffic.  Students will learn proper flagging techniques as well as the basics of temporary traffic control in accordance with Sectio 6 of the Manual on Uniformed Traffic Control Devices.

fIRST AID

Learn valuable skills that will help you care for an injured or ill person during an emergency.  Upon completion, students will receive a three year certification from the National Safety Council.

BBPS
